*** LOCKDOWN UPDATE – 4th January 2021 ***
Following the latest from our Prime Minister…we are pleased to announce that we WILL remain OPEN. We are an essential service, predominantly for keyworkers but also for all dog owners who wish their dog to continue in day-care for their mental and health wellbeing. We will, from NEXT WEEK (week commencing 11th Jan) be open 3 days a week – Wednesday, Thursday ,& Friday ONLY same as before Christmas). We will be furloughing staff on and off to help with the business finances so it is IMPERATIVE that you book as far ahead as possible so we can arrange staffing rotas. We will NOT accept last minute bookings.
**Drop Off & Collection ***Strictly 1 customer in reception at all times (please do be considerate to others who may be waiting outside)*No leads or Harnesses will be taken. *Please sanitise your hands prior to entry and wear a face covering. You will NOT be admitted if you are not wearing one. We can provide if you have forgotten.* Card Only Payment…NO Cash.* All lunches and treats must be put into a hard, plastic Tupperware type tub. NO plastic bags of any sort please.
If you are shielding or wish a member of staff to collect your dog from your car, we can do so. Please call reception and we will come outside to assist. This, again, will be hard for everyone but unless the government or local authorities instruct us to close, thankfully we can remain open as an essential service. Grooming will continue for welfare grooms. Please do call to discuss if required. We appreciate your support as always and please…..keep safe and look after yourselves. Aunty Clare.
Here at Ipswich Dog Daycare Creche we offer an essential service to keyworkers by taking care of their dogs during the day so they can continue to do their essential jobs. We also offer dogs a valuable routine and continuity in their lives which is essential to help them thrive and remain calmer in such unsettling times.
We understand that the welfare of peoples dogs is paramount, and separation anxiety and lack of socialisation has a detrimental effect on your dog or young puppy. By bringing your young dog to us during lockdown we will be helping them with their young education which vital at an early age.
As we operate our business from a large (4500sqft) industrial unit we have plenty of space to distance and operate safely. We continue to deep clean on a daily basis and sanitise hands regularly.
If you wish to discuss anything at all please do call us on 01473 743737. We are always happy to help.
We look forward to your valued and continued support as ever.
Please keep safe.
